Refund Policy
What happens when something goes wrong with a digital purchase — and the small list of cases where a refund applies.

Once the file lands in your inbox, the product has been used — there is no way for us to take it back. That's why we recommend reading the sample chapter and FAQ before buying.
01Why we don't offer general refunds
Every ebook on The 21 Secrets is a downloadable PDF delivered the instant your payment is confirmed. There is no shipping, no return window, no way to "send the file back". Once you have it, you have it — and the value has been transferred.
To keep our pricing low and our team small, we operate on the same principle as most reputable digital publishers: sales are final once delivery has occurred. If you're unsure whether a particular title is right for you, the sample chapter and FAQ on each product page should help you decide before checkout.
02When a refund will be issued
That said, we will issue a full refund in a small set of genuine situations:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same ebook because of a payment-gateway glitch.
- Wrong title delivered — you paid for one ebook and received a different one, and we cannot deliver the correct file within 24 hours.
- Failed delivery we cannot fix — the download link does not work, the email never arrives even after a re-send, and our team is unable to resolve it within 48 hours.
- File corruption we cannot fix — the PDF is verifiably corrupted or unreadable on standard PDF readers, and we are unable to deliver a working copy.
- Unauthorised charge — the payment was made by someone other than the card / UPI account holder, verified through the payment gateway.
03What does NOT qualify for a refund
To keep things fair, the following situations do not qualify:
- You changed your mind after downloading the file.
- You expected different content from what is described on the product page or the sample chapter.
- You forgot you bought it, or did not read it.
- You disagree with an opinion, recommendation, or perspective expressed in the book.
- You found the same or similar content available free elsewhere.
- The price was reduced after your purchase (sale or promo pricing).
- You did not receive the result described in a testimonial or marketing copy. Personal results vary.
- You requested the refund more than 7 days after delivery.
04How to request a refund
If you believe your situation falls under section 02 above, write to us within 7 days of purchase with the following:
- The email address used for the order.
- The order ID (from your confirmation email).
- A clear description of the issue and any screenshots or evidence (e.g. a screenshot of a duplicate charge, the error you see, etc.).
Send everything to hello@the21secrets.com. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
05How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (the same card, UPI account, or wallet used at checkout).
- Processing typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is initiated on our side.
- The download link associated with the refunded ebook will be revoked. Continuing to use, share, or distribute a refunded file is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
06Chargebacks
Please reach out to us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We can usually resolve issues — refund, re-deliver, or clarify — within 48 hours over email. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are treated as a violation of these terms and may result in your access being revoked and future orders being declined.
