01Acceptance of terms

02About our service

The 21 Secrets is a digital publisher selling downloadable ebooks. Each ebook is delivered as a PDF file accessed via a download link sent to your email immediately after purchase.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any title at any time. Already-purchased ebooks remain accessible to existing customers.

03Account & purchase

Most purchases on The 21 Secrets do not require creating an account. You enter your name, email and billing information at checkout, and the ebook is delivered to that email.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, aggressive spam filters, or other delivery failures on your side. If you face such an issue, write to us within 48 hours and we'll resend.

04Pricing & payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and supported wallets through PCI-compliant payment gateways.
• Promotional prices, coupon codes, and launch discounts are valid only for the stated period and subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorised activity. Any amount charged in such a case will be refunded in full.

05Delivery

Every ebook is delivered instantly after a successful payment. You will see a download link on the order confirmation page and also receive it by email. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

06Refunds

Limited exceptions apply for genuine delivery failures, duplicate charges, or technical issues. See our full Refund Policy for details and how to raise an issue.

07Intellectual property

All ebooks, illustrations, page designs, fonts, brand marks, and website content are the exclusive property of The 21 Secrets and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase an ebook, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read and use the file for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may NOT:

• Upload the file to any cloud, torrent, file-sharing, social, or messaging platform.

• Remove, alter, obscure, or tamper with any copyright notice, watermark, or attribution.

08Acceptable use
