What you give us directly

• Name & email address — when you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
• Billing details — handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number or UPI PIN.
• Messages — anything you send us by email is stored in our inbox for the purpose of replying and following up.

What we collect automatically

• Basic usage data — pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device & browser type, referring source. Used to understand traffic and improve the site.
• Order metadata — date of purchase, items bought, order ID. Required to honour delivery and support requests.

We use the information above strictly for the following purposes:
