Yes. Because there's no shipping involved, delivery is identical anywhere in the world. Same speed, same process. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) — your bank handles the currency conversion. We don't add any international fees.

Not at the moment. Everything we sell is a digital PDF. You're welcome to print your purchased file at home or at a print shop for personal use — the layout is designed for both screen and print.

If we launch physical editions in the future, existing customers will be the first to know.

Beautifully typeset PDF. It's the most universal digital book format — works on every device, every operating system, every reader app, and prints cleanly on A4 or Letter paper if you prefer paper.

We don't currently ship EPUB or MOBI formats, but the PDF is designed to read well even on small phone screens.

Around 100–130 pages per title, split across 21 chapters of roughly 800–1,500 words each. That's about 5 minutes of reading per chapter — finishable in 21 days at one chapter a day, or in a couple of long sittings if you prefer.

Yes. Every product page has a "Read sample" link that shows you the first chapter in full, plus the table of contents and design preview. We want you to know exactly what you're buying.

Our ebooks are written for an adult audience (18+) and are intended for general informational and educational use. Specific titles may carry their own context:

• Health, wealth and parenting titles are not substitutes for professional advice — always consult a qualified doctor, financial advisor, or psychologist for serious matters.
• Spirituality titles draw from specific traditions, which we always disclose openly on the product page.

Not yet. We're focused entirely on writing the best possible ebook versions first. Audiobook and video adaptations are on the long-term roadmap, but no firm dates yet. Subscribers will be the first to know when they arrive.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, the file is in your hands within seconds of payment — there's no way to "return" it once delivered.

That said, we issue full refunds in genuine cases of duplicate charges, wrong-title delivery, failed delivery, file corruption, or unauthorised payment. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Email hello@the21secrets.com with your order ID and a screenshot of both charges from your bank statement or payment app. We'll verify with the payment gateway and refund the duplicate within 2 business days. The refund typically appears in your account in 5–10 business days.

Once a file has been delivered, we can't simply swap it. However if you write to us within 24 hours of purchase and haven't downloaded the file yet, we'll do our best to help — either by cancelling the wrong order and issuing a credit toward the correct one, or by re-deliverng a different title for the same value.

Always email us first before raising a chargeback with your bank.

This is rare but happens occasionally if your browser closed before the success page loaded. Email hello@the21secrets.com with:

• The email used at checkout
• The amount charged, date and time
• A screenshot of the payment confirmation from your bank or UPI app

We'll reconcile with the gateway and either deliver the ebook or refund within a few hours.

Honestly, no — and we want to be upfront about this. Our books are educational tools, not guarantees. Personal results from any self-development material depend on your starting point, consistency, and a hundred other factors we can't control.

If a specific chapter was unclear, factually wrong, or didn't make sense, please tell us — we genuinely want the feedback and may revise the book. But "didn't change my life" isn't grounds for a refund.

Your purchase comes with a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. You can read it on as many of your own devices as you like, and print copies for your own use. But re-sharing, re-uploading, forwarding to friends, or uploading to cloud/torrent/file-sharing platforms is not permitted.

If you'd like to gift the book, please buy a copy with the recipient's email — it's a small purchase and supports more titles getting made.

As many of your own personal devices as you like — phone, tablet, laptop, Kindle, desktop, even a printed copy. There's no DRM or device limit. Just don't share the file with others.

Yes — always. Any future revisions, expanded chapters, error corrections, or new editions of a title you've purchased are sent to you free of charge. We'll email all existing customers when an update is published.

Email hello@the21secrets.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the email address associated with your purchase. We'll delete your personal data within 30 days — subject only to legal retention requirements for tax and accounting records.

Note: deleting your data also removes our ability to re-deliver lost files in the future.

Only what we need to deliver our ebooks: your name and email at checkout, plus order details. Payment info is handled directly by our PCI-compliant gateway — we never see or store your card number or UPI PIN.

We also collect anonymised analytics (page views, country, device type) to improve the site. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

No. Never. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We don't use Facebook Pixel or any cross-site advertising trackers. Your email is used only for order delivery, support, and (if you've opted in) release announcements.

Every newsletter email has an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom. One click and you're out — takes effect immediately. Transactional emails (order receipts, download links) are sent regardless because they're required for delivery.
